We are now fully operating on ChamberDocs

We are now fully operating on ChamberDocs

NZCCI has launched an upgraded version of ChamberDocs, our online platform for lodging Certificates of Origin and other trade documentation.  From this point, all website lodged certificate applications must be submitted through ChamberDocs.

What you need to do

The steps required depend on how you currently submit documentation. Please identify which category applies to you:

EssCert users submitting non-preferential COOs

Action required immediately:
You should have already transitioned to ChamberDocs. All non-preferential COO submissions must now be lodged through ChamberDocs.
EssCert is no longer available, and submissions from clients that have not transitioned may not be processed.
ChamberDocs supports non-preferential COOs, Sundry (self-declaration) FTA applications, and other commercial documentation. This is now the only available submission pathway for standard clients.
If you have not yet transitioned:
You must register and begin submitting via ChamberDocs immediately
• Register here
Download and complete the FTA Authorised Signatory Form, sign it in blue ink, and return it to your local chamber
If you are already registered:
• You do not need to re-register
• Please ensure you are submitting all documentation via ChamberDocs
• If you cannot locate your login details, use the password reset function then contact your chamber

Email Submission Clients

No change – continue submitting as normal.
Due to ongoing FTA infrastructure changes, the transition process for email submission clients has been delayed. Please continue to submit your applications as you currently do.
If you are unsure whether this applies to you, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line: Email Submission Transition Process.

API-connected clients

No action required. Your transition to ChamberDocs is already complete.

Need help?

If you need assistance or have questions about the transition, please contact your local chamber in the first instance. For general enquiries, email [email protected].
