WHAT IT IS

Six months. Real skills. A cohort who gets it.

The Leadership Accelerator runs over six months and brings together emerging leaders from across industries. It’s structured enough to build momentum, and open enough to meet you where you are.

The programme includes:

• 4 half-day cohort workshops
• Monthly leadership content and insights
• Facilitators and coaches from across New Zealand and beyond
• Exposure to leaders across different industries
• Access to an ongoing leadership community
• Skill-building across communication, executive presence, personal brand, influence and leadership mindset
• Optional 1:1 executive coaching ($150-$250 per session)
