Terms and Conditions for the $5,000 Air NZ Voucher Draw
Membership of the Chamber of Commerce offers benefits for your entire team.
1. Eligibility:
1.1. The promotion is open to individuals who become new paid members of the Auckland Business Chamber in August or September 2024.
1.2. Existing members renewing their membership are not eligible for this promotion.
1.3. Former members who have resigned their membership within the last 90 days prior to August 1, 2024, are not eligible to enter the draw.
2. Membership:
2.1. To qualify for the draw, participants must successfully become paid members during the promotional period (August 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024).
2.2. Membership applications must be completed, and all fees paid online on the day of joining.
3. Draw and Prize:
3.1. The draw will take place on October 4, 2024.
3.2. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible new members who joined during the promotional period.
3.3. The prize is a $5,000 Air New Zealand voucher. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
4. Prize Presentation:
4.1. The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided during their membership application.
4.2. The presentation of the $5,000 Air New Zealand voucher will take place on-site at the Auckland Business Chamber or another mutually agreed location.
4.3. The winner agrees to have a photo taken with the CEO or a member of the Senior Management team during the presentation of the voucher.
4.4. The photo will be used for promotional purposes and will be posted on the Auckland Business Chamber’s social media channels and other marketing materials.
5. General Conditions:
5.1. Auckland Business Chamber reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
5.2. Auckland Business Chamber reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the participant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
5.3. By entering the draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5.4. Auckland Business Chamber reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
6. Privacy:
6.1. Personal data collected as part of this promotion will be processed in accordance with Auckland Business Chamber’s privacy policy.
6.2. By entering the draw, participants consent to the use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the promotion, including the publication of their name and photograph in accordance with clause 4.4.

Terms and Conditions of Membership
Membership of the Chamber of Commerce offers benefits for your entire team.
By becoming a member of the Auckland Chamber of Commerce, your business agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- Minimum Membership Duration: The minimum membership duration is one year.
- Expiry Date: This membership agreement does not have an expiry date written into it. It automatically continues for the following year unless a resignation is received.
- Subscription Payments: Membership subscriptions are payable annually, with the first subscription due upon signing.
- Resignation: Membership can only be resigned in writing, within one month of the annual renewal of membership. Resignations received outside of this period will be subject to a pro-rata payment of the annual subscription.
- Authorised Resignation: Membership can only be resigned by the key contact specified in the Membership Agreement or by a director of the member company.
- Business Details Sharing: As part of Chamber-authorised activities, some of your business data may be shared between our Alliance Partners and The Chamber. We may provide your business details to other Chamber members from time to time as part of Chamber-authorised activities.
- Benefits and Packages: Benefits within packages, such as tickets to events, must be used within the year of membership. If these benefits are not utilised within the membership year, they do not carry over to the following year, and refunds will not be issued.
