Business Insight with
Logan Wedgwood
Does your business have a strategy?
During this discussion Logan Wedgewood will explain what strategy is and what it isn’t. Practical tools and resources will be provided to help you navigate the complexities of strategy implementation.
One of the fundamental questions addressed in this video is how to know if you have a strategy in the first place. Β If you can’t explain your strategy simply, then you probably don’t have one. As Albert Einstein famously said, “If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough.”
The goal of this video is to help you achieve clarity in your strategy, enabling you to articulate it in a way that engages and inspires your team.
The critical link between strategy and execution will also be explored in this video. As Maurice Chang wisely stated, “Strategy without execution is useless.” But executing a strategy that lacks clarity is equally challenging. The aim of this video is to guide you towards achieving a level of clarity that empowers successful execution.
Get ready for an enlightening conversation filled with valuable insights, practical tools, and engaging discussions.
