Supporting Business,
for over 165 years.

How can we help, today?

Make your health and wellbeing your First Steps for 2022

As we all return to work it’s important to continue prioritising health and wellbeing – doing so can enable business owners and managers to operate more efficiently.

As part of Activate Tāmaki Makaurau, First Steps provides access to health and wellbeing support tailored to the many business owners and managers across Tāmaki Makaurau that are feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and under pressure from the impacts of COVID-19.

First Steps can provide business owners and managers with funding to access expert advice from registered health and wellbeing providers so that you can get support you need to throughout 2022. Support provided includes stress management, physical exercise, sleep education, resilience, mindfulness, and anxiety support.
