Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
Entry is open to all financial (paid-up) members of a local Chamber of Commerce located within New Zealand. Employees of the Promoter or Sponsors, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
Entry
- Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Only one entry per person is permitted unless stated otherwise.
Promotion Period
The competition will run from 1 July to 10 August. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
Prizes
The prizes are as follows:
- 2 × $500 credits with 2degrees
- 3 × $100 Bunnings Vouchers
- 2 × $150 Noel Leeming Vouchers
- 2 × $250 OfficeMax Vouchers
- 1 × $500 Fuel Credit
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The Promoter and Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if required.
Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be drawn at random on 31 August by each Sponsor Partner.
- Winners will be notified by email or phone within 14 days of the draw.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, or if their contact details are invalid or incomplete, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Each prize will be awarded to a different winner unless otherwise stated.
Publicity
By entering the competition, winners agree to participate in publicity as reasonably required. This may include the use of their name and/or business name for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Liability
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the competition or the prizes.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, or illegible entries, or for any technical malfunction that may prevent entry.
Privacy
- Personal information provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
- Information will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s consent, unless required by law.
- Entrants have the right to access and request correction of their personal information at any time.

General
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Win one of two $250 OfficeMax Vouchers
Every $50 ex GST purchased on your OfficeMax account for the period of 1 July to 10 August 2025 earns the accountholder one, automatic entry in the draw to win one of two $250 OfficeMax Vouchers. If you don’t have an account and would like to take advantage of the savings, click this link to apply for a credit account. The online form only takes a few minutes to complete, and new accounts are usually opened within 24 hours. Bunnings Terms and Conditions
To enter the prize draw, sign up for a PowerPass membership linked to Chamber of Commerce, then spend a minimum of $100.00 in a single transaction through PowerPass before 10th of August 2025.
Terms and conditions:
**$100.00 must be in a single transaction through your New or existing PowerPass account linked to Chamber of Commerce Pricing to go into the prize draw. The purchase must be made between 6:00am on the 01/07/2025 and 11.59pm on the 10/08/25 to be eligible.
The prize draw will be drawn on the 31/08/2025 at 9am. The winner will be contacted by Chamber of Commerce by the 14/09/25 at 5pm. Only open to active Chamber of Commerce members.
2degrees Terms and Conditions
Noel Leeming Terms and Conditions
Spend $300 in a Noel Leeming store or Online between July 1 and August 10 using your current Chamber of Commerce membership and go into the draw for one of two $150 NL Gift Cards.
The prize draw will be made on August 31 and the winners will be contacted by phone and or email. Prize draw will be made on behalf of Noel Leeming.
