Mike Burke has been the Managing Director of Point16 since 2014, leading the specialist consulting firm in helping businesses grow through simple, breakthrough strategies. He is also the Co-Founder and Partner of NZ Fintech Fund, a partnership between Point16 and Icehouse Ventures, established in January 2024 to accelerate fintech innovation in New Zealand. In addition, he serves as Chair of the Emerge Group, which oversees both Emerge and SquareOne. With expertise in business coaching, board leadership, and early-stage startups, Mike has a strong track record in scaling businesses, driving profitability, and fostering innovation across industries.
