The NZ PNG Business Council with the support of New Zealand Trade and Enterprise and the High Commission team on the ground in PNG will lead a business mission to Papua New Guinea with a focus on Port Moresby and Lae.

Date: 1 – 5 July 2024

A tentative skeleton programme is for travel to PNG on Sunday 30 June with the formal mission to commence Monday 1 July and Tuesday 2 July. This mission is coinciding with the PNG Industrial + Mining Resources Exhibition and Conference (3 -4 July) as this may be of interest to some of our delegates, with the business mission resuming with a side visit to Lae on Friday 5 July.

If the exhibition and conference are of no interest to you then this is an opportune time for business meetings and/or if you do elect to attend the conference then you can choose between attendance of one or both days.

Planning is still in the preliminary stages; however we are seeking “expressions of interest” so that we can gauge the interest and plan accordingly.
